GDF-15在急性心肌梗死患者中的表达情况及临床价值

目的研究生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者外周血中的表达情况及其临床价值。方法选取我院心内科2016年3月至2017年8月收治的AMI患者184例为观察组,其中ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者116例记为STEMI组,非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)患者68例记为NSTEMI组;另外选择63名健康体检者作为对照组。采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定受试者血清GDF-15表达水平。结果观察组血清GDF-15水平明显高于对照组,且在观察组中,STEMI组血清GDF-15水平明显高于NSTEMI组(P<0.05)。观察组GDF-15阳性表达率、预后不良率均明显高于对照组,且在观察组中,STEMI组GDF-15阳性表达率、预后不良率均明显高于NSTEMI组(P<0.05)。结论 GDF-15阳性表达率与AMI患者的病情及预后情况均存在一定的联系,其可作为心肌梗死的标志物,具有较高的临床价值。

Expression and clinical value of GDF-15 in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To study the expression and clinical value of growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods A total of 184 patients with AMI admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were selected as observation group, in which 116 patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) recorded as STEMI group and 68 patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) recorded as NSTEMI group.Another 63 health examinees were selected as control group.The expression levels of serum GDF-15 were measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA.Results The level of serum GDF-15 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and in the observation group, the level of serum GDF-15 in the STEMI group was significantly higher than that in the NSTEMI group(P<0.05).The rates of positive expression of GDF-15 and poor prognosis in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and in the observation group, the rates of positive expression of GDF-15 and poor prognosis in the STEMI group were significantly higher than those in the NSTEMI group(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of GDF-15 is related to the condition and prognosis of AMI patients.The GDF-15 can be used as a marker of myocardial infarction and has high clinical value.
