阿司匹林经直肠给药对结肠癌患者术后深静脉血栓形成的影响

目的评价阿司匹林经直肠给药对结肠癌患者术后深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的影响。方法将本院行结肠癌手术82例患者随机分为试验组(n=42)及对照组(n=40),对照组给予100 mg阿司匹林肠溶片鼻饲或口服,试验组给予100 mg阿司匹林栓剂肛纳,比较两组临床疗效及DVT发生情况。结果术后7 d,试验组血小板计数高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后3、7 d血小板功能、凝血因子功能及DVT发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林经直肠给药有利于改善结肠癌患者凝血功能,降低DVT发生率。

Effect of transrectal administration of aspirin on the formation of deep venous thrombosis in patients with colon cancer after operation

Objective To evaluate the effect of transrectal administration of aspirin on the formation of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with colon cancer after operation.Methods A total of 82 patients undergoing colon cancer operation were randomly divided into experimental group(n=42)and control group(n=40).The control group was given nasal feeding or oral with 100 mg aspirin and the experimental group was given anal intubation with 100 mg aspirin suppository.The clinical effects and the incidences of DVT in both groups were compared.Results At 7 days after operation,the platelet count in experiment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The platelet function and coagulation factor function at 3 and 7 days after operation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of DVT in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transrectal administration of aspirin can improve the coagulation function of patients with colon cancer and reduce the incidence of DVT.
