美沙拉嗪加半夏泻心汤加减联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果

目的分析美沙拉嗪加半夏泻心汤加减联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法将89例溃疡性结肠炎患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)和观察组(45例),对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在其基础上采用半夏泻心汤加减联合中药保留灌肠治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组结肠镜检查中充血水肿、黏膜溃疡、黏膜糜烂等情况均显著改善,且观察组黏膜糜烂的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪加半夏泻心汤加减联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Effect of mesalazine and modified Banxia Xiexin decoction and retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine on ulcerative colitis

Objective To analyze the effect of mesalazine and modified Banxia Xiexin decoction and retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine on ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 89 patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into control group(n=44) and observation group (n=45) by random number table method.The control group was treated with mesalazine, while the observation group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction and retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the congestive edema, mucosal ulcer and mucosal erosion during colonoscopy significantly improved in both groups, and the improvement of mucosal erosion in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mesalazine and modified Banxia Xiexin decoction and retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has a significant effect, less adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
