补肾健脾法联合常规西药治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

目的分析补肾健脾法联合常规西药治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法将110例2型糖尿病患者采用随机信封法分为对照组(n=55,常规西药治疗)及观察组(n=55,常规西药治疗+补肾健脾法治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾健脾法联合常规西药治疗2型糖尿病可改善血糖及血脂水平,并减少不良反应、提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Clinical effect of tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen method combined with routine western medicine on type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen method combined with routine western medicine on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group(n=55,routine western medicine treatment)and observation group(n=55,routine western medicine treatment+tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen method).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood sugar,postprandial 2-hour blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in both groups decreased,while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen method combined with routine western medicine can improve blood sugar and lipid levels,reduce adverse reactions and improve the therapeutic effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is worthy of popularization and application.
