罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉在急诊剖宫产术中的应用

目的探讨罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉(CSEA)在急诊剖宫产手术中的可行性及安全性。方法选择60例急诊剖宫产手术患者,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分为CSEA组和硬膜外麻醉(CEA)组,每组30例,观察各组麻醉起效时间、阻滞平面、麻醉效果、术中血压变化和牵拉反应、术后头痛发生率。结果CSEA组较CEA组麻醉起效快,麻醉效果好,牵拉反应少(P<0.05或P<0.01),术中血压变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论罗哌卡因CSEA应用于急诊剖宫产手术安全有效。

The efficacy of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia with Ropivacaine in emergency cesarean section

Objective To evaluate the clinical feasibility and safety of ropivacaine in combined spinal and epidural anesthesia(CSEA) for emergency cesarean section.Methods Sixty patients undergone emergency cesarean section with ASA I～Ⅱwere randomly divided into CSEA group and continuous epidural anesthesia group(CEA group),30 patients in each group.The onset time,sensory block level,quality of analgesia and abdominal wall relaxation were assessed,and the changes of blood pressure and drag reaction,and the incidence of post-operative head pain were recorded. Results The onset time of sensory block was shorter,the anesthesia was better,and the drag reaction was less in CSEA group compared to those in CEA group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the operative blood pressure was similar in two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Combined spinal and epidural anesthesia with Ropivacaine is effective and safe for emergency cesarean section.
