| 摘 要： | 目的：观察护理干预对乡镇养老院老年人生活质量的作用。方法：入住某乡镇养老院生活的老年人54例,进行针对性心理疏导及ADL训练等护理干预。并通过自身对照法于干预前后采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）、ADL量表（ADL）及生活质量量表（SF-36）进行评价。结果：经过1年的护理干预后,54例老年人ADL及SF-36评分均明显高于干预前（P〈0.01）。结论：针对性的护理干预对加强乡镇养老院护理工作有一定的启示和帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the relevant factors that influencing the quality of life of the aged in rural nursing home.Methods： A total of 54 elders living in rural nursing home were studied.By using self-control methods,the depression,the self-care ability of life and the quality of life questionnaire（SF-36 scale） were assessed one year after nursing intervention.Results： After nursing intervention for one year,the scores of ADL and SF-36 scale in 54 elders were significantly higher than those before nursing intervention（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention in rural nursing home is very important to improve quality of life of the aged. |
