| 摘 要： | Colles骨折是临床常见骨折,自2004年7月至2009年7月,采用手法复位治疗Colles骨折50例,疗效满意.
1 临床资料
本组50例,成年男性12例,成年女性29例,儿童9例;平均年龄56.4岁.骨折分类采用Solgaard于1985年修改后标准1]:Ⅰ型21例,Ⅱ型16例,Ⅲ例10例,Ⅳ例3例.术前掌倾角-30°～12°,平均-19.1°;尺倾角-10°～24°,平均16°.
