| 摘 要： | 目的 了解铁路工人心理健康状况。方法 应用 SCL— 90对 1 86名铁路工人进行评定并与全国常模比较。结果 铁路工人 SCL— 90总分和各因子分除总分、阳性项目均分、人际关系、抑郁、精神病性之外均较全国常模高。结论 铁路工人的心理健康状况低于一般人群

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the psychological health status of the railway workers.Methods The 186 railway workers were assessed with Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90) and were compared with Chinese norm.Results Except the subjects total score,positive symptom numbers average score,interpersonal relationship.depression and most factor scores of SCL-90,the other factors were significantly higher than that of Chinese norm.Conclusion The railway workers hacl poor psycholgical health level which were significantly lower than that of general people. |
