孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松对轻度支气管哮喘患儿肺功能的影响

目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松对轻度支气管哮喘患儿肺功能的影响。方法：选取轻度哮喘患儿120例，随机分为丙酸氟替卡松治疗组（单独治疗组）和丙酸氟替卡松联合孟鲁司特钠治疗组（联合治疗组）各60例。记录患儿治疗前后肺功能指标——用力肺活量（FVC）、第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、最高呼气流量（PEF）、用力呼气75％肺活量时的瞬间流量（V75）、用力呼气50％肺活量时的瞬间流量（V50）、用力呼气25％肺活量时的瞬间流量（V25）及最大呼气中期流量（MMEF）的变化。结果：单独治疗组患儿治疗后FVC、FEV1、PEF、V75与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．01）；联合治疗组患儿治疗后FVC、FEV1、PEF、V75、V50、MMEF与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．01）。与治疗前相比较，联合治疗组FVC、FEV1、PEF三个指标的改善更加明显。结论：孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松能显著改善轻度哮喘患儿的肺功能。

Effect of Montelukast Combined with Flixotide on the Pulmonary Function of Children with Mild Bronchial Asthma

Objective： To evaluate the effects of montelukast combined with flixotide on the pulmonary function of children with mild bronchial asthma. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with mild bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the flixotide therapy group （single therapy group, n = 60） and the montelukast combined with flixotide therapy group （combination therapy group, n=60）. The changes of FVC, FEV1, PEF, V75, V50, V25, MMEF were record. Results： There were significant differences in the level of FVC, FEV1, PEF, V75 before and after treatment in the single therapy group （ P〈0.01 ） ; significant differences were observed in the level of FVC, FEV1, PEF, V75, V50, MMEF before and after treatment in the combination therapy group （P〈0.01）. More obvious differences were observed in the level of FVC, FEV1, PEF of the combination therapy group before and after treatment. Conclusions： There are significant improvements on the pulmonary function of children with mild bronchial asthma through the montelukast combined with flixotide therapy.
