细辛脑联合机械振动排痰佐治小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨细辛脑注射液(细辛脑)联合机械振动排痰佐治小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法:82例支气管肺炎患儿采用随机数表法分为治疗组40例和对照组42例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组使用细辛脑注射液每次0.5~1mg/kg加入5%葡萄糖注射液稀释成0.01%~0.02%的溶液静脉滴注,1次/d,连用3d;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合机械振动排痰治疗,时间5~10min/次,2次/d,连用3d。结果:治疗组咳嗽、气促、啰音消失时间及体温恢复、住院时间均优于对照组(P〈0.01),治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.5%和76.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.08,P〈0.05)。结论:细辛脑联合机械振动排痰佐治小儿支气管肺炎安全有效。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of asarone injection (asarone) with mechanical vibration sputum elimination in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children. Methods: Eighty two cases were divided into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (42 cases) using a random number table method. In addition to conventional treatment, the control group were treated with asarone injection 0.5 - 1 mg/kg, once a day for 3 days. The treatment group were treated with mechanical vibration sputum elimination machine, 5 - 10 min/time, 2 times/d for 3 days, in addition to the asarone injection and conventional treatment. Results: In the treatment group, the disappearance time of cough, breath shortness, and pulmonary rales, temperature recovery time, and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group. Conclusions: Asarone injection with mechanical vibration sputum elimination for brochopneumonia in children is a safe effective adjuvant therapy.
