| 摘 要： | 脓毒症病人中分解代谢增强现象极其普遍,尤以骨骼肌蛋白分解明显。泛素-蛋白酶体途径的激活为脓毒症病人骨骼肌蛋白分解的重要环节。其活性受炎性细胞因子和糖皮质激素等多因素影响。胰岛素在调理泛素-蛋白酶体途径的活性中起着重要的作用。以下就胰岛素通过泛素-蛋白酶体途径对脓毒症病人骨骼肌代谢的调理作用作一综述。
