摘    要:硝酸甘油通过舒张血管 ,降低心脏前后负荷及扩张冠状动脉而成为治疗心绞痛的经典药物 ,其作用机制为释放NO ,激活鸟苷酸环化酶升高环鸟苷酸水平而发挥作用。降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)为辣椒素敏感感觉神经的主要递质 ,广泛分布于心血管组织。CGRP具有强效舒张血管、强心、保护血管内皮和心肌细胞等复杂的心血管作用 ,其释放受多种内源性活性物质 (包括NO)所调节。最近研究表明 ,CGRP介导硝酸甘油的心血管作用

Abstract:Organic nitrates including nitroglycerin are commonly used in clinic for the therapy of ischemic heart diseases by dilating vessels and reducing proload and afterload. Nitroglycerin is capable of releasing nitric oxide(NO), with a subsequent activation of guanylyl cyclase and elevation of cGMP, resulting in relaxation of vascular smooth muscles. Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP), a major transmitter in capsaicin sensitive sensory nerves, is widely distributed in cardiovascular tissues, and has been shown to have complex cardiovascular effects including potent vasorelaxation and protective effects of myocytes and endothelial cells. Recent work has indicated that the cardiovascular effects of nitroglycerin are mediated by endogenous CGRP.
