| 摘 要： | 目的观察湿润烧伤膏在皮肤慢性糖尿病性溃疡创面修复治疗中的应用效果。方法按数字表随机分配方式将皮肤慢性糖尿病性溃疡患者分为治疗组和对照组,2组均利用皮肤外科技术清除创面坏死组织,治疗组用湿润烧伤膏做成的药纱外敷创面,对照组则用外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子无菌纱块外敷,观察2组溃疡面愈合情况。结果4周、8周有效率治疗组均明显高于对照组(P均0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤慢性糖尿病性溃疡具有良好的疗效。
