摘    要:目的定性研究视网膜缺血-再灌注过程中细胞死亡的方式。方法应用大鼠视神经结扎方法制成视网膜缺血-再灌注的动物模型,缺血时间60min,再灌注3-72h,应用透射电镜观察视网膜内层细胞的超微结构的改变。结果正常对照组没有发现视网膜细胞的异常改变。在缺血和再灌注的不同时相可以观察到的视网膜内层细胞发生两种不同模式的细胞死亡——进行性的细胞核和细胞的溶解和进行性的细胞和细胞核的浓缩。结论视网膜缺血再灌注过程中细胞死亡方式符合坏死和凋亡的特点,并持续存在于急性缺血损伤后的再灌注阶段,继续危害其他仍存活着的细胞。

Abstract:To investigate qualitatively cell death patterns in retinal ischemia-reperfusion. The optic nerve of rats was ligated for 60 min to make the animal model of retinal ischemia-reperfusion. Then retina was reperfused from 3 to 72 hours. The ultrastructural morphology was examined under electron microscope. There was no degenerative change in normal group, two patterns of cell death could be individualized in the inner layers of retina. One was progressive lysis of the nucleus and the entire cell. The other was progressive condensation and shrinkage of the nucleus and cytoplasm. [Conclusion] The features of cell death in ischemia-reperfusion could be described as necrosis and apoptosis. Cell death could be observed in a long run after reperfusion which suggests that damaging mechanisms persisted for some time during reperfusion following the actual ischemic episode and continued to damage still viable cells.
