香砂六君子汤加味治疗功能性消化不良脾胃气虚证30例临床观察

目的观察香砂六君子汤加味治疗功能性消化不良（FD）脾胃气虚证的临床疗效。方法将60例FD脾胃气虚证患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予西沙必利片10mg,饭前10～30min服用,每日3次。治疗组30例在对照组基础上加用香砂六君子汤加味,每日1剂,水煎分早晚2次服。2组均2周为1个疗程,2个疗程评价疗效。观察2组临床疗效及随访6个月的复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率60.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05） 治疗组复发率26.7%,对照组复发率40.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论香砂六君子汤加减具有健脾益气、和胃降逆功效,可改善FD脾胃气虚证患者临床症状,缩短病程,降低复发率,减轻不良反应。

Observation of functional dyspepsia with spleen stomach qi deficiency treated by Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction

Objective To investigate the effect of functional dyspepsia （FD） with spleen stomach qi defi- ciency treated by Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction. Methods 60 cases of FD were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 30） were treated by Cisapride, thrice a day. Patients in treatment group （ n = 30） were treated by combination of Cisapride and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction, twice a day. The therapeutic course was two weeks in two groups. The clinical effect and recurrence rate were recorded after two courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （83.3%） was higher than that in control group （60.0%, P 〈 0.05 ）. The recur- rence rate in the treatment group （26.7%） was lower than that in control group （40.0%, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can strengthen spleen and invigorate Qi, improve symptoms of FD with spleen stomach qi deficiency, and decrease recurrence rate.
