摘    要:目的 通过考核指标及考核体系的建立,确立绩效考核方法,实现医疗机构的绩效评价,并可以作为绩效分配的依据。方法 采用资料收集方法、成熟的平衡计分卡法、德尔非法等原理建立与医院战略相关的绩效考核指标体系。结果 构建了医院绩效考核指标体系指标,建立了与医院平衡计分卡相关的科室平衡计分卡,建立与科室平衡计分卡相关的岗位平衡计分卡。结论 建立了绩效考核指标、体系及考核方法,为国内医院绩效考核提供一个可借鉴的模板。

Abstract:Objective To identify the methods of performance evaluation via the establishment of assessing index system,thereupon to conduct performance-based remuneration allocation.Methods The methods of data collection,balanced scorecard and Delphi were used to establish assessing index system for overall performance evaluation.Results The hospital assessing index system for performance evaluation,department-and post-balanced scorecards were established.Conclusion We offer a referential mode for performance evaluation in hospital via establishing assessing index system and methods.
