| 摘 要： | 中药马兜铃为马兜铃科植物北马兜铃Aristolochia contorta Bunge或南马兜铃Aristolochia debilis Sieb．et Zucc．的干燥成熟果实，具有清肺降气、止咳平喘、清肠消痔的功效，用于肺热喘咳、痰中带血、肠热痔血、痔疮肿痛等。关于马兜铃挥发性成分的研究未见报道，本文利用GC-MS联用技

| Abstract: | AIM:To analyze the volatile oil constituents in the fruits of Aristolochia contorta Bunge. METHOD:The volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation.The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents of each component were determined by area normalization method. RESULT:Fifty-eight components were separated and identified in the volatile oil. CONCLUSION:The volatile oil were characterized by high level of monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes. Sesquiterpenes accounted for 67.66% including caryophyllene (30.59%) and caryophyllene oxide (15.30%). |
