先天性胆管扩张症胆囊黏膜上皮环氧化酶-2表达研究

目的了解先天性胆管扩张症（CBD）胆囊黏膜上皮环氧化酶-2（COX-2）表达情况。方法40例CBD胆囊组织均来自我科手术标本，10例胆囊癌标本来自我院同期住院手术患者，3例正常胆囊标本来自因肝母细胞瘤要求切除的胆囊组织。所有标本经i0％甲醛固定，石蜡包埋；采用HE染色观察CBD胆囊组织标本黏膜上皮增生情况；SAB法研究所有标本胆囊黏膜上皮COX-2表达情况。结果40例CBD胆囊标本中，有25例存在黏膜上皮过度增生。3例正常胆囊标本COX-2呈阴性表达，40例CBD胆囊标本COX-2都有表达，但有黏膜上皮增生的25例显著表达，10例胆囊癌标本COX-2呈强阳性表达；三者之间COX-2阳性表达强度差异具有统计学意义。结论COX-2可能与CBD胆囊黏膜上皮增生有关，并在其癌变中起一定作用。

Expression of cyclooxygenase-2 on mucous membrane of gallbladder in congenital biliary dilation

Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase- 2 on mucous membrane of gallbladder in congenital biliary dilation. Methods Forty gallbladder tissues of congenital biliary dilation, 10 gallbladder cancer tissues and 3 normal gallbladder tissues from hepatoblastoma were fixed in 10% formalin and embedded with paraffin. HE staining was performed to observe the epithelial proliferation of gallbladder in congenital biliary dilation. SAB staining was used to investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase - 2 of all gallbladder tissues. Results In 40 gallbladder tissues of congenital biliary dilation, the epithelial proliferation was observed in 25 cases. The expression of cyclooxygenase - 2 was negative in 3 normal gallbladder tissues. [n i0 gallbladder cancer tissues, eyelooxygenase- 2 was expressed strongly. In all 40 gallbladder tissues of congenital biliary dilation, the cyclooxygenase- 2 expression was positive, however, in 25 cases with epithelial proliferation, the cyclooxygenase- 2 was signifi cantly expressed. Conclusion Cyclooxygenase - 2 may be relevant with the epithelial proliferation of gallbladder in congenital biliary dilation and would play a role in its oncogenesis.
