摘    要:目的] 研究食品中三氯蔗糖含量的分析方法。 方法] 利用高效液相色谱仪检测食品中三氯蔗糖的含量。 结果] 建立了食品中三氯蔗糖的提取、富集和净化等前处理方法,采用高效液相色谱法蒸发光散射检测器测定。 结论] 本方法能满足食品中三氯蔗糖含量的分析要求,是一种简单可靠、易于推广的检测方法。

Abstract:Objective] To study a method for quantitative determination of sucralose in food. Methods] High performance liquid chromatography was used for quantitative determination of sucralose in foods. Results] Sample pro-treatment procedures included sucralose extraction, enrichment and purification . A high performance liquid chromatography gradient method with an evaporative light-scattering detector has been developed for the determination of sucralose. The average recovery rate was 94.3% and the relative standard deviation was 2.40%. Conclusion] This method can meet the analysis requirement for determination of sucralose in food and it is a simple, reliable method easy for popularizing.
