| 摘 要： | 为更好地维护医患双方(主要指：采血者和献血者，临床医生和受血者)的合法权益，根据实际体会，分析了医疗机构、采供血机构在输血服务中应遵循的法律原则，输血服务对象应享有的法定权利及有关法律诉讼问题，并就加强和改进输血实践中的具体操作及管理问题提出了切实可行的建议。

| Abstract: | To protect the legal rights of clinical doctor and patient,the basal priciples that the Hospital and Department of collecting and supplying blood should abide by,the legal rights that patience and donors should own and the questions of law suin were analyzed.The practical and detailed suggestions were put forwards to intensify and improve operation and administer in transfusion practice. |
