下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的手术治疗（附27例分析）

目的：探讨对27例下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症患者手术治疗经验。方法：本组27例均施行了动脉造影后行动脉切开动脉内膜切除术或Forgatyl球囊取栓术，其中腹主动脉-股动脉旁路转流术2例，股动脉-股动脉解剖外途径转流术3例，腋动脉-股动脉解剖外途径转流术2例，股-腘动脉旁路转流术1例，余行Forgatyl球囊取栓术。结果：所有患者症状均改善或消失，患肢温度和远端动脉搏动恢复正常。术后经血管超声多普勒复查，搭桥血管血流通畅。结论：最有效的治疗方法仍然是外科手术。

Surgical management of arteriosclerotic vascular occlusion in lower extremity:a report of 27 cases

Objective To investigate the experiences of surgical treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerotic vascular occlusion in 27 cases. Method After coronary arteriography, abdominal aorta to femoral artery artificial vessel bypass was made in 2 cases, femoral artery to femoral artery artificial vessel bypass in 3, axillary artery to femoral artery extra anatomical approach bypass in 2, femoral artery to popliteal artery bypass in 1, and other cases were done with embolectomy by forgatyl balloon catheter. Results The clinical symptoms of all the cases disappeared or improved, and normal temperature and artery pulse were found in affected extremity after operation. The flow in bypass vessel was smooth after surgery by the examination of Doppler ultrasound. Conclusion The surgical treatment is the most effective method for arteriosclerotic vascular occlusion.
