摘    要:目的探讨黑斑蛙(Rananigromaculata)肺、胃及肝的超微结构特点,为两栖类的进化地位提供部分超微水平上的依据。方法将蛙麻醉后,于0.9%Nacl中取蛙肺、胃及肝组织。组织块大小约1mm×1mm×5mm,即刻投入1%锇酸内,4℃固定。而后依照DMSO冷冻割断法进行洗涤、割断、软化、导电、脱水、干燥等处理,金属镀膜,SEM观察。结果蛙肺、胃及肝的超微结构类似于陆生脊椎动物,结构特点增强了机体陆地生活能力。结论两栖类超微结构特点是与其进化地位相适应的

Ultrastructural observation of different organs from Rana nigromaculata by scanning electron microscope(I)
Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the ultrastructural features of lung, stomach, liver from Rana nigromaculata and provide some information for evolution position of amphibian.Methods Classical methods based on DMSO freeze-cleaving of scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results The ultrastructural features of lung,stomach and liver from Rana nigromaculata was similar to terrestrial vertebrate's and its structural characteristics can strong then the viability of Rana nigromaculata.Conclusion It is concluded that ultrastructural features of organs from amphibian were consistent with its evolution position.
