| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨三维CT成像对寰枢椎发育畸形的诊断价值。方法：分析12例寰枢椎发育畸形的三维表现。结果：12例寰枢椎发育畸形中，游离小骨1例，齿状突发育不良6例，寰枢椎侧块发育不良4例，枕寰融合畸形1例。结论：三维CT能够立体直观地显示寰枢椎的形态位置及各骨的空间关系，利用切割技术可完美地显示齿状突与侧块的形态，是诊断寰枢椎畸形及其它病变的最佳方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic Value of three dimensional CT(3DCT)in Congenital atlantoaxial deformity(CAD).Methods:The findings of 3DCT were analyzed in 12 patients with CAD.Results:Twelve cases of CAD induded Ds odontoideum in 1,hypoplasia of den in 6,hypoplasia of Catral mass in 4 and atlas assimilationinl.Conclusion:3DCT can demonstrate the inner structures of atlan to axial ltis and may be the most effective means for the diagnosis of CAD. |
