| 摘 要： | 无牙颌种植修复相较传统全口义齿可极大改善义齿的固位与稳定,从而更加有效地恢复无牙颌患者的咀嚼效率,提升生活质量,目前已成为无牙颌患者理想的治疗手段。无牙颌患者的种植修复已从单纯功能恢复的阶段进入功能与美学并重的时代。如何获得可预期的美学修复效果,涉及治疗过程中的诸多环节,包括术前美学分析、种植方案决策及治疗实施等。文章就无牙颌患者种植修复中常见的美学缺陷、种植修复设计及实现、易犯错误等进行阐述,旨在为临床无牙颌种植修复提供一定参考。

| Abstract: | Compared with the complete denture,edentulous implant restoration can improve the retention and stability of denture and improve masticatory efficiency and life quality,which has become an ideal treatment for edentulous patients.The concept of implant restoration in edentulous patients has changed from recovery of function only to recovery of both function and aesthetics.How to achieve expected aesthetic effect involves all the process,including aesthetic analysis,designing the implant planning and treatment.This article expounds the common aesthetic defects,design of implant restoration and common mistakes in the treatment of edentulous patients in order to provide some reference for clinicians in the edentulous implant restoration. |
