| 摘 要： | 绝经可引起生殖内分泌激素水平的显著变化，并导致相关疾病发病率增加。因其影响女性的身心健康和生活质量，有关卵泡刺激素及其特异性受体在骨质疏松、脂质代谢异常、心血管疾病、肿瘤、认知功能障碍等绝经相关疾病发病机制中的作用研究已取得进展，为绝经后疾病发病的分子生物学机制提供依据。

| Abstract: | Menopause leads to significant changes in serum levels of reproductive hormones and increased incidences of menopause-related diseases.Because of the impact of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and its receptor(FSHR)on women's physical and mental health and quality of life,research has been conducted and progress has been made concerning their involvement in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis,abnormal lipid metabolism,cardiovascular disease,cancer,cognitive impairment and other disorders,thus laying the foundation for an understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying the development of these postmenopausal diseases. |
