| 摘 要： | 目的 了解麻醉科护士医疗设备报警疲劳状况及影响因素，为麻醉科医疗设备管理提供参考。方法 采用临床报警疲劳量表对241名麻醉科护士进行调查。结果 麻醉科护士医疗设备报警疲劳总分为(20.19±7.33)分，多因素分析显示，专业方向和值夜班是医疗设备报警疲劳的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 麻醉科护士对医疗设备报警疲劳处于中等偏低水平，需加强对非麻醉护理专业方向毕业护士的在职培训，关注夜班护士疲劳状况，以降低因医疗设备报警疲劳而引起的临床不良事件。
