贵阳市7~9岁儿童口腔健康状况及影响因素分析

目的:了解贵阳市7~9岁儿童乳、恒牙患龋状况与流行特征,为后续制定儿童口腔保健政策、开展口腔健康干预工作提供参考依据。方法:采用多阶段按规模大小成比例的概率抽样方法,选取贵阳市4个区(县)的7~9岁儿童874人,参照第四次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方法对其进行口腔健康状况调查。结果:贵阳市7~9岁儿童乳牙患龋率、龋均、龋补充填率分别为74.28%、(3.82±3.70)和2.14%;第一恒磨牙患龋率、龋均、龋补充填率分别为31.22%、(0.55±1.01)和2.38%。结论:贵阳市7~9岁儿童口腔健康状况较为严峻,乳、恒牙患龋程度均较为严重,龋补充填率较低,窝沟封闭率不足,口腔健康知识知晓率低。应加强对儿童口腔健康状况的关注该程度,采取有效的口腔疾病干预措施,以改善儿童口腔健康状况。

Analysis of Oral Health Status and Influencing Factors of Children Aged 7~9 years in Guiyang

OBJECTIVE To understand the caries status and epidemic characteristics of milk and permanent teeth of 7~9-year-old children in Guiyang,and to provide reference basis for the follow-up formulation of children’s oral health care policy and oral health intervention.METHODS Using PPS probability sampling method,874 children aged 7~9 years in four districts(counties)of Guiyang were selected to investigate the oral health status according to the fourth national oral health epidemiological survey,RESULTS The caries rate,average caries rate and supplementary filling rate of deciduous teeth of children aged 7~9 years in Guiyang were 74.28%,(3.82±3.70)and 2.14%,respectively.The caries rate,average caries rate and supplementary filling rate of the first permanent molar were 31.22%,(0.55±1.01)and 2.38%,respectively.CONCLUSION The oral health status of 7~9-year-old children in Guiyang was severe;the degree of caries of milk and permanent teeth was serious;the filling rate of caries was low;the pit and fissure sealing rate was insufficient,and the awareness rate of oral health knowledge was low.We should pay more attention to the oral health status of children in the period and take effective oral disease intervention measures to improve their oral health status.
