基于磁性护理理念的儿童系统性红斑狼疮全周期慢病管理效果

目的研究基于磁性护理理念的儿童系统性红斑狼疮全周期慢病管理效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年8月苏州大学附属儿童医院风湿免疫科收治的70例系统性红斑狼疮患儿作为研究对象,将基于磁性护理理念的儿童系统性红斑狼疮全周期慢病管理实施前的35例作为对照组,实施后的35例作为观察组。对照组按照科室护理常规执行护理,观察组实施基于磁性护理理念的儿童系统性红斑狼疮全周期慢病管理,3个月后测定焦虑、抑郁、生存质量评分,统计患儿家属慢病管理总满意度并对以上指标进行比较。结果护理前,两组的焦虑、抑郁、生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3个月后,两组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,生存质量评分高于护理前,且观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属慢病管理总满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于磁性护理理念的儿童系统红斑狼疮全周期慢病管理有助于改善患儿心理健康水平及生存质量,提高患儿家属对慢病管理的总满意度,值得在护理工作中推广使用。

Management effect of chronic disease in children with systemic lupus erythematosus in the whole cycle based on magnetic nursing concept

Objective To study the management effect of chronic disease in children with systemic lupus erythematosus in the whole cycle based on the concept of magnetic nursing.Methods A total of 70 children with systemic lupus erythematosus who were admitted to Children’s Hospital of Soochow University from January 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.The 35 children before the implementation of the full-cycle chronic disease management of children with systemic lupus erythematosus based on the concept of magnetic care were used as the control group,and the 35 children after the implementation were used as the observation group.The children in the control group performed nursing according to the routine nursing in the department,and the children in the observation group implemented the full-cycle chronic disease management of children with systemic lupus erythematosus based on the concept of magnetic nursing.After three months,the anxiety,depression,and quality of life scores were measured,the total satisfaction of chronic disease management of family members was counted and the comparison of the above indicators was conducted.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the anxiety,depression,and quality of life s cores between the two groups(P>0.05).After three months of nursing,the anxiety and depres sion scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the quality of life score was higher than that before nursing,and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of chronic disease management in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The full-cycle chronic disease management of children’s systemic lupus erythematosus based on the magnetic nursing concept can help improve the mental health and quality of life of children,and increase the total satisfaction of the children’s family with chronic disease management.It is worthy of promotion and use in nursing work.
