基于蒙特勒标准的新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征研究进展

急性呼吸窘迫综合征起病急,进展迅速,病死率高,是新生儿期常见的危重症。该病由于病因及发病机制复杂,与其他疾病难以鉴别,因此,也是近期临床研究的热点和重点。2017年国际性多中心多学科协助组首次制定了适合新生儿的急性呼吸窘迫综合征的诊断标准(蒙特勒标准),该标准的发布积极推动了新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征的诊疗工作。本文就符合蒙特勒标准的新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征的近期研究进展作进一步综述。

Research progress of neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome based on Montreux standard

Acute respiratory distress syndrome is a common critical disease in the neonatal period because of its acute onset,rapid progress and high mortality.Its etiology and pathogenesis are complex and difficult to distinguish from other diseases.Therefore,it is also the focus of recent clinical research.In 2017,the International Multicenter Multidisciplinary Assistance Team first formulated the diagnostic definition for acute respiratory distress syndrome suitable for neonates(Montreux definition).The release of this standard has actively promoted the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome.This paper reviews the recent research progress of neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome in accordance with Montreux definition.
