摘    要:目的:通过对纳入社区管理的肺结核患者进行服务意愿调查,了解患者社区健康管理意愿.方法:对纳入社区管理的118名肺结核患者和60名社区督导员进行问卷调查,了解患者和社区督导员对患者社区管理的意愿需求.结果:118名患者中,19.49%的患者得知自己患有肺结核时感到沮丧,64.41%的患者介意被人知道自己患有肺结核,65....

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the community management needs of patients with tuberculosis who had been included in community management through a willingness survey.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among 118 tuberculosis patients and 60 community supervisors who were included in community management to understand the wishes and needs of patients and community supervisors for community management of patients.RESULTS Among the 118 patients,19.49% felt depressed when they learned that they had tuberculosis,64.41% of patients mind being known that they had tuberculosis,65.25% of patients did not want community supervisors to follow up,80.00% of patients wanted community supervisors to follow up via WeChat or telephone,33.90% of patients were willing to upload medication videos daily.88.98% of patients hoped to come to the community to take medicine every half a month or a month;among the 60 supervisors,60.00% of the supervisors followed up patients every week or every10 days,and 71.67% of the supervisors daily followed up patients by telephone or followed up on WeChat.CONCLUSION Most pulmonary tuberculosis patients hoped that community management would visit as few as possible and used WeChat or phone to follow up more.At the same time,they hoped that the community could appropriately extend the drug delivery time and reduce the number of times patients go to the community to supervise and take medication;most patients felt that smart assistant tools upload medication videos was trouble,not high willingness to upload,and hoped to improve the smart auxiliary tools.
