L-选择素和甘露糖受体与肿瘤淋巴转移的相关性

肿瘤的侵袭转移是一个复杂的、多因素、多步骤的病理生理过程。L-选择素属于选择素类黏附分子,表达在多数白细胞表面,参与其与炎症内皮细胞的黏附和游走,并能促进淋巴细胞归巢。甘露糖受体是C型凝集素家族的一员,主要表达在巨噬细胞和树突状细胞;能够介导细胞的内吞和噬菌作用。二者的相互识别和结合在肿瘤细胞的淋巴转移过程中起到重要作用。

The Relativity of L-selectin and Mannose Receptor with Tumor Lymphatic Metastasis

The invasion and metastasis of neoplasm are a comflicated,multifactor and multistep course of pathophysiology.L-selectin(L-S) is a cell adhesion molecule expressed on the surface of most leukocytes and involved their rolling on inflamed vascular endothelium to promote to firm adhesion and transmigration.In addition,it can facilitate lymphocyte homing.Mannose receptor(MR) is a kind of c-type lectins,primarily expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells,and involved in MR-mediated endocytosis and phagocytosis.The recognization and binding between L-S and MR plays a key role in the lymphatic metastasis of cancer cells.The review on the relationship(among) L-S、MR and lymphatic metastasis,may be helpful for the early dignosis and treatment in clinical practice.
