| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨健康教育配合痢特灵治疗戒酒的临床效果。方法：采用随机分组法，将60例酒依赖患者分为教育组30例，对照组30例，两组均采用口服痢特灵厌恶治疗，治疗组同时采用健康教育。两组分别在治疗后分阶段进行疗效观察。结果：两组在治疗后，复饮率比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：提示采取积极有效的健康教育对酒依赖患者戒酒具有较好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the curative effect of health education cooperated with furazolidone in the abstention from alcoholic drink.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the health education group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received oral furazolidone,besides this,the education group was added with health education.The curative effect in two groups was respectively observed in different stages after the treatment.Results:The results showed that there was significant difference in the recurrence rate of drinking between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that health education may be better in the abstention from alcoholic drink in alcoholic reliers. |
