鄂尔多斯市万名儿童弱视斜视患病调查

目的：通过流行病学调查了解蒙汉儿童弱斜视患病情况。方法：调查鄂尔多斯市10053名3－12岁儿童，其中蒙古族3930人，汉族6055人，初查视力、眼位，复查散瞳验光，眼部常规检查。结果：检出弱视267人，斜视152人。蒙古族儿童弱视患病率2．80％，斜视患病率1．45％，汉族儿童弱视患病率2．59％，斜视患病率1．57％。弱视漏诊率为95．9％，弱视以轻、中度多见，以屈光不正性为主。斜视以外斜视为主。结论：蒙汉族儿童患病率无显著差异，我地区弱视漏诊率高，需加强儿童眼保工作。

Prevalence Survey of Amplyopia and Strabismus of ten Thousand s Children

Objective:Through epidemiological investigation to estimate the prevalence of amplyopia and strabismus of Mongolian children and Han nationalities children in our region.Methods:Investigated 10053 children (including 3930 Mongolians and 6055 Han nationalities) aged from three to twelve in Erdos.First to examine the visual acuity and position of eyes,second to do the cycloplegic optometry and normal eyes examination Results:267 amblyopia and 52 strabismua were checked out.Amblyopia prevalence of Mongolian children is 2.80%;strabismus prevalence is 1.45%.In Han nationalities,Amblyopia prevalence is 2.59% and strabismus prevalence is 1.57%.Of these cases,most of the amblyopia are slight or moderate and are ametropic amblyopia;most of the strabismus are extropia.Conclusion:There is no significant different of amblyopia and strabismus prevalence betweeh Mongolian and Han nation children.The misdiagnosisis is high in our region,so we should enhance the eyes-health care of children.
