Survivin和CD44V6在食管癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨食管癌组织中Survivin和CD44V6蛋白的表达及其与各临床病理参数之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学染色（SABC法）检测61例食管鳞癌手术切除标本及26例癌旁组织的Survivin和CD44V6蛋白表达情况。结果①食管鳞癌组织Survivin高表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移和患者生存期有明显相关性（P〈0．01）。②CD44V6在食管癌高表达，与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和患者生存期有明显相关性（P〈0．01）。③Survivin与CD44V6表达具有关联性。结论Survivin其表达阳性提示癌变的可能，可以作为判断食管癌恶性潜能的重要生物学指标。CD44V6蛋白的表达随着癌浸润深度的增加，淋巴结转移和患者的生存时间的缩短而增加，提示CD44V6高表达的肿瘤侵袭性较强，在一定程度上预示食管癌的预后较差。二者可能在食管癌的癌变中起协同作用。

Expression and Significance of survivin and CD44V6 protein in esophageal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of survivin and CD44 V6 protein and the clinicopathologic parameters in esophageal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical technique （SABC） was used to detect the expression of survivin and CD44 V6 protein in 61 cases of esophageal carcinoma and26 cases of normal esophageal mucosa. Results The high expression of survivin was related to neck lymphoid node metastasis in esophageal carcinoma （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. The high expression of CD44 V6 was related to the differentiation, histological grades, neck lymphoid node metastasis and life span in esophageal carcinoma （P〈0. 01）. There was a positive correlation between expression of survivin and CD44 V6 protein （r=0. 397,P〈0. 01）. Conclusions The expression degree of survivin has an effect on malignant degree and development tendency of carcinoma. It can indicate prognosis of carcinoma of larynx to a certain extent. Significant difference was observed for expression of CD44V6 in different histological grades, neck lymphoid node metastasis and late life span. It suggests that esophageal sion.
