| 摘 要： | 目的分析本院收治的5.12汶川地震伤员的各种心理反应的原因,采用有效的护理措施,促进其早日走出地震阴影,回归社会。方法本院收治地震伤员41例,入院和出院时发放焦虑自评量表,针对出现的心理问题提供灾难心理护理救援服务。结果地震伤员在心理护理救援服务前后出现的应激反应综合征症状,有明显改变,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论正确的心理分析和针对性心理护理有利于患者的心理调适,对重建自我形象、疾病的转归和愈合、早日回归于社会有着极其重要的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the reasons for various psychic reactions of the wounded injured in the earthquake(on May 12,2008 in Wenchuan County)admitted to our hospital and to adopt effective intervention measures to facilitate an early recovery of the patients from fear of earthquake and reintegration to society.Methods A total of 41 earthquake-hit wounded patients were admitted to our hospital,who were asked to fill out Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)on admission and discharge.Mental nursing rescue was provided aimed at the psychological problems of the patients.Results The stress reaction syndromes occurred in the wounded patients showed marked improvement after the intervention of mental nursing(P<0.01).Conclusion Proper psychological analysis and tailored mental nursing are conducive to patients' psychological adjustment,reconstruction of self-image,recovery and cure of diseases,and early reintegration to society. |
