护理本专科学生对临床见习带教老师评价的调查研究

摘    要:目的:了解成都医学院护理本专科层次的学生对临床见习带教老师的评价,为提高临床见习教学效果提供依据。方法:采用自制调查问卷,调查相同时间段学习护理专业课程的2008级本科和2009级专科的护生对成都市某三级甲等医院见习带教老师的评价。结果:不同层次的学生对带教老师的整体满意度有差异(P<0.05),具体表现为本科护生的满意度相对偏低,专科护生的满意度相对偏高。对带教能力评价中,带教老师分析问题透彻及详细讲解相关内容两项均存在差异(P<0.05),表现为本科护生满意率相对较低。带教老师在衣着规范、带教态度端正满意度的评价无显著性差异,满意程度相对较高。带教方法中,培养护生独立思考能力满意程度都相对偏低。结论:见习带教老师的态度端正、带教认真负责,受到护生认可,而带教能力有待提高、带教方法有待改进,临床见习带教老师还需加强对本科护生综合能力的培养。

Abstract:To know what the evaluations of the clinical trainee teachers' are in the minds of the Chengdu medical school of nursing college level students' ;and to found the basis of the probation teaching effect. Methods:Given surveys to the undergraduate students who entered school in 2008 and to the junior college students who entered school in 2009. Investigated these nursing - studying students by self- made questionnaire. And get to evaluate the probation training teachers of a certain three - A hospital's in Chengdu. Results:Students in different levels have different levels of satisfaction to the teachers ( P 〈 0.05 ) : specifically, the undergraduate nurses have a relatively lower level, and the junior college nurses have a relatively higher level. As to the evaluations of teachers' capability, there were different opinions about the penetrability of the teachers' take to teach analysis and the explanation of the related content (P 〈 0.05 ) : specifically, the undergraduate nurses have a relatively lower satisfaction. Both the undergraduate nurses and the junior college nurses have a relatively higher satisfaction level to the teacher's way of dressing and their teaching attitudes. However, both of them have a relatively lower satisfaction level to the teachers' ability of fostering the students' independent thinking in take - to - teach methods. Conclusion: The attitudes and the sense of responsibility of the trainee teachers' are good. However, their take - to - teach ability and methods still need improving. Also, the probation trainee teachers should intensify the fostering of the comprehensive abilities of the undergraduate nurses'.
