外科实施APN连续性排班方式的效果与体会

目的:探讨外科护士实施APN连续性排班方式的效果。方法:将A班上班时间由8∶00～12∶00,14∶30～17∶30调整为:8∶00～16∶00;P班由17∶30～1∶00调整为16∶00～22∶00;N班由1∶00～8∶00调整为22∶00～8∶00。实施APN连续性排班方式。结果:APN连续性排班方式能够减少重复交接班时间、次数,提高工作效率,有效保证了病区护理工作质量和护理安全。结论:外科护士实施APN连续性排班方式后,护理人力资源能够得到合理使用,最大限度的发挥护理人员的潜能,确实提高了工作效率。
