高龄患者髋关节置换术中急性压疮的危险因素分析及护理对策

目的:探讨高龄患者髋关节置换术中急性压疮的形成因素和护理预防措施。方法:2009年1月～2011年6月,我院行高龄患者髋关节置换术133例,术前进行压疮的风险因素评估,术中对手术患者的危险因素采取针对性预防护理措施。结果:术后发生急性压疮3例(2处),压疮发生率为2.26%。结论:对压疮高危人群的重视及易发因素的预防应对是减少手术中压疮发生的关键。

Risk factors analysis and nursing measures of acute pressure sore in operation in the elderly undergoing hip replacement

Objective：To investigate the causative factors and nursing prevention measures of acute pressure sore in operation in the elderly undergoing hip replacement. Methods ：133 old patients undergoing hip replacement were chosen. Risk factors of acute pressure sore were estimated before operation and were cope with timely by special prevention and treatment measures in operation. Results： There were 3 patients who took place acute pressure sore in 2 different places. The incidence of acute pressure sore was 2.26%. Conclusion ： The key measures of decreasing acute pressure sore is finding and paying more attention to the high risk group and preventing and treating the causative factors.
