摘    要:目的:了解不同年级五年一贯制护生的职业态度,分析其变化趋势。方法:对我校五年一贯制护理2008~2010级共316名学生进行问卷调查,内容包括基本资料和职业态度。结果:职业态度总分在一年级与二年级、二年级与三年级间均有差异(P<0.05);认知因子在二年级与三年级间有差异(P<0.05);情感因子在二年级与三年级间有差异(P<0.01);行为因子在一年级与二年级、一年级与三年级间均有差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:护生的职业态度及各维度的变化趋势各有不同,因此在不同的教育阶段应采取针对性的教育方法。

Abstract:To understand the different professional attitude of five - years nursing students and to analyze the trends. Metheds:A total of 316 students of 2008 -2010 grades in our college were investigated on basic information and professional attitudes using questionnaire. Results: There were differences in the professional attitudes between freshman and sophomore,sophomore and junior students( P 〈0.05) ;there was difference in the professional cognitive between sophomore and junior students ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; there was different in the professional emotional between sophomore and junior students ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; There were differences in the professional behavior between freshman and sophomore ,freshman and junior students( P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion:There are differences in the trends of professional attitude and the dimensions of nursing students. Therefore,appropriate education method should be taken in different stages of education.
