护理干预对青少年品行障碍患者心理状况的影响

探讨护理干预对青少年品行障碍患者心理状况的影响，提高品行障碍患者的心理健康水平。方法：采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和自编心身自理能力健康知识调查表进行测试，并对其进行为期8周的护理干预。结果：患者护理干预前的SAS和SOS评分分别为（54．70,4-2．01）分和（62．40±1．17）分；护理干预后患者的SAS和SDS评分分别为（42．10±1．56）分和（42．30±1，04）分，较于预前有显著降低（P〈0．05）；干预后采用心身自理能力健康知识调查表测试，患者对自身行为及疾病相关知识的了解明显提高，“知道多”的答案比率明显增加，而“不知道”的比率明显减少，P〈0．01。结论：护理干预可以有效纠正患者不良行为，改善其心理状况。对患者积极情感的培育、社会规范行为的培养、疾病治疗效果的提高、形成正确的人生观、世界观起到积极的作用。对患者的心身健康成长起到至关重要的作用。

Effect of psychological intervention on mental state of patients with young people conduct disorder.

To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on young people＇s psychological condition with conduct bmrier, and improve their psychological health. Methods： The patients received nursing intervention with 8 weeks, and to test their psychological condition by SAS, SDS and seh care health questionnaire. Results ：The scores of SAS and SDS before intervention respecticely was （54.7± 2.01 ） and （62.40 ± 1.17）. After received nursing intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS decreased significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The self behavior and disease＇s relevant konwledge were improved after interven- tion（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention could correct the patients＇ misdeed effectively,improve their psychological condition. Its very important to train positive cultivation and social norm behabior, improve the effect of treatment, and promote patients＇ health growth.
