Exploration of the evaluational methods about clinical competence of residents

The authors sumed up the condition of graduate medical eduation in their hospital ,raised a point that the evaluation of clinical competence must be in practical style.According to the evaluation of clinical competence items , they made indexes to evaluation of the clinical competence of physical , surgical and imagical residents . Then they made the principles as practicality and objectivity about the evaluation and used in practice. The authors concluded that this kind of evaluation can assess the clinical competence of residents completely .But under the new medicine situation , establishing related measures to confirm the evaluation is indispensable .
