| 摘 要： | 目的了解函授护理专升本学员的生活质量状况及影响因素。方法应用WHO生活质量测定量表简表对某卫生学校的175名函授护理专升本学员进行现场问卷测评。结果函授护理专升本学员的生理、心理、社会关系领域和总的生活质量得分低于一般护士，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；不同职务、护龄函授护理专升本学员在生活质量不同领域的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论函授护理专升本学员生活质量低于一般护士，护龄是影响函授护理专升本学员生活质量的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the quality of life and related factors among vocational nursing adult undergraduates by distance learning. Method A total of 175 vocational nursing adult undergraduates by distance learning were investigated with WHO Quality of Life - Brief （ WHOQOL - BREF）. Results The overall quality of llfe and factor scores of physiological domain,psychological domain and social relation domain were significantly lower among vocational adult nursing undergraduates than that of normal nurses（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, The score of quality of life was related to the nurses＇ position and years of working experience（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The quality of life of the vocational adult nursing undergraduates by distance learning was lower than the normal nurses. The years of working experience is an important influencing factor to the quality of life. |
