专职临床药师开展药学服务的实践与体会

目的:探讨医院开展药学服务的模式。方法:专职临床药师,定点科室,例举临床实例,在实践中总结专职临床药师开展药学服务的内容及工作程序。结果:药师专职定点深入临床、面对病人直接提供药学技术服务、因地制宜培养临床药师,是目前条件下较为可行的一种工作模式。结论:药师坚持长期深入临床、参与药物治疗,更有利于发挥专业技术特长。

Practice and experience of the full-time clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care

Objective: To explore the patterns of the hospital pharmacists in providing the pharmaceutical care. Methods: The contents and working procedures of the full-time clinical pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical care in the designated department or section with clinical cases in Bethune International Peace Hospital of the PLA were summarized. Results: It is a feasible working pattern under the present condition that the pharmacists go to the designated clinical ward regularly to provide the patients with pharmaceutical care directly and to tram the clinical pharmacists according to the hospital conditions. Conclusion: This working pattern of the clinical pharmacists is advantageous for bringing the pharmacists' professional skills into full play.
