网络环境下医院统计工作的服务效能

目的探讨网络信息时代医院统计工作的角色。方法分析了医院信息系统（HIS）的建设带来医院统计工作的发展方向。结果统计人员不断地拓展统计范围,深化统计内涵;不断地更新技术,加大数据审核;不断地扩展知识面,增强对信息的敏感性,为领导和医务人员提供更高层次的服务。结论统计工作的角色从幕后走向前台,更好地为医院管理服务。

Service Efficacy of Hospital Statistical Work under Network Environment

Objective to investigate the role of hospital statistical work at the times of network information. Methods analysis on construction of hospital information system （HIS） that brings development direction of hospital statistical work. Results statistical personnel need to expand the range of statistics and to deepen statistical intention; to update technology continually and enlarge data examination; to expand knowledge continually and to strengthen information sensitivity; to provide a more higher level service for leadership and medical personnel. Conclusion the role of statistical work from backstage to proscenium that can provide a better management service for hospital.
