苦参碱联合甘利欣治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的 探讨苦参碱联合甘利欣治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法 104例患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予苦参碱＋甘利欣治疗，对照组给予茵栀黄＋甘利欣治疗，对比两组治疗前后的临床症状以及肝功能、乙型肝炎病毒标志物变化。结果 在临床症状、肝功能的改善程度以及HBeAg和HBV DNA阴转率方面，苦参碱联合甘利欣组优于对照组，两组治疗效果具有显著性差异。结论 苦参碱与甘利欣联合应用治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有较好的疗效。

Therapeutic efficacy of matrine and diammonium glycyrrihizinate on chronic hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate therapeutic efficacy of matrine and diammnonium glycyrrhizinate on chronic hepatitis B. Methods 104 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into two groups at random, then one group was given matrine and diammnonium glycyrrhizinate as trartment group and the other group as a control was treated with skimmia japonica and diammnonium glycyrrhizinate. The observation of chnical manifestations and laboratory parameters and hepatitis B viral markers were conducted before and after the management. Results In the treatment group, chnical symptoms improvement and TBIL and ALT normahzation were superior to thecontrol group, and there was significant differences between them. Conclusion These results show that the treatment with matrine and diammonium glycyrrhizinate may be an effective, economical and safe method for chronic hepatitis B.
