| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频彩超对甲状腺腺瘤及结节性甲状腺肿的诊断价值。方法应用高频彩超对68例甲状腺腺瘤和104例结节性甲状腺肿进行检查，观察结节的部位、数目、形态、边缘、内部回声及CDFI血流信号特征。结果甲状腺腺瘤和结节性甲状腺肿结节的结节数目、边界是否有包膜、结节内部及周边血流信号等方面差异均有显著性（P均〈0．05）。结论高频彩超对甲状腺腺瘤及结节性甲状腺肿的诊断具有较大意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma. Methods Sixty-eight cases with thyroid adenoma and 104 cases with nodular goiter were examined by high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography. The location, number, form, border, internal echo, CDFI, characteristics of the flow shape of the nodules were observed. Results There were significant differences in single or plural foci, focal capsules, internal blood flow and perinodular blood flow （all P〈0. 05）between the two groups. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography has value for differential diagnosis of nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma. |
