The implementation of quaity-control of the medical record

objective To improve the quality of medical record management and that of the medical record practitioners. Methods A set of integrated quality-control system of medical record management was implemented. Results The method could stimulate personnel's responsibility and enterprise, take advantage of their subjective initiative, the efficiency was improved obviously. Conclusion Based on "the quality of the medical record", the medical record practitioners contribute the entire process of quality-control system. They have fierce quality consciousness and can rapidly respond to any problems that occur in the process of quality control; they supervise and urge each other, correct the mistakes effectively in time, and ensure the integral work quality
