| 摘 要： | 目的研究周剂量紫杉醇（PTX）、顺铂（DDP）联合氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法晚期胃癌29例,PTX75mg/㎡,静滴3h,每周1次,连用2周;DDP20mg/㎡,第1～5天静脉滴注;5-Fu500mg/㎡,第1～5天静脉滴注。以上化疗方案每4周重复,2个周期后评价疗效。结果22例晚期胃癌总有效率65.5%,其中CR2例（6.9%）,PR17例（58.6%）。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论PTX、DDP联合5-Fu对晚期胃癌近期效果显著,毒副反应较小。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe short term effect and adverse reaction of weekly dose of paclitaxel (PTX),cisplatin (DDP) combined with fluorouracil (5-FU) for the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods twenty-nine patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with PTX 75mg/m2 dropping 3 hours weekly for 2 weeks, DDP 20mg/m2 dropping d1-5, 5-Fu500mg/m2 Dropping d15.the regimen was repeated every 4 weeks.
