| 摘 要： | 目的：对23例胸椎管狭窄患者进行分析，探讨影响手术预后的因素。方法：手术治疗23例，随访21例。以脊髓功能量表对脊髓功能术前、术后评分，并得出脊髓功能改善率。结果：脊髓功能改善率与年龄、性别及受压病程均无相关性。与受压节段有相关性。结论：高龄患者应手术治疗，早期手术，可改善预后。通过计算压迫指数，可对手术预后有较准确的估计。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influencing factors to surgical prognosis of thoracic spinal stenosis through analysis of 23 cases. Methods 23 cases received operation and 21 cases were followed up.Results The patients' spine function before and after the operations were measured and scored, and the improving rates of their spine function were resulted in. Conclusion Elderly patients should receive surgical treatment, and operation in the early period can improve the prognosis. Calculation of the pressure indexes can help to postulate on more accurate prognosis. |
