| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低温等离子刀治疗慢性扁桃体炎的疗效及安全性。方法选择110例慢性扁桃体炎患者,按入院先后顺序,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。观察组给予低温等离子刀扁桃体切除术;对照组行扁桃体剥除术,记录并比较术中、术后的各项临床指标。结果观察组的手术时间、术后平均咽痛时间短于对照组,术中出血量、及术后出血率少于对照组,组间差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）,组间白膜脱落时间的比较,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论低温等离子刀治疗慢性扁桃体炎具有疗效确切、安全、损伤小、并发症少等优点,优于传统扁桃体剥除术,具有重要的临床应用价值。
